Siro Orquídeas Epífitas

SIRO® ORQUÍDEAS EPÍFITAS is a special substrate for planting and transplanting of epiphytic orchids (in their natural habitat they grow attached to the trunks and branches of trees) such as Phalaenopsis, Cattleya, Dendrobium, coelogyne, amongst others. This substrate simulates the natural habitat of the epiphytes, characterized by a rather light, porous and thick texture which guarantees proper drainage and aeration, and a balanced and long-lasting moisture. Enriched with a specific controlled slow releasing fertilizer, it ensures a balanced and adapted nutrition for up to 14 months. In this way, essential conditions for the healthy and robust development of this type of plant, which has specific characteristics, are rectified/balanced in an ecosystem that is unnatural to them.
