The brand was created by the hand of Leal & Soares, S.A., a company that since 1990 has been dedicated to sawing, transforming and valuing wood, with production destined, essentially, for export.

Inherent in its activity, in 1990, it began composting forest residues, with a predominance of maritime pine bark, for the production of substrates and organic compounds.
This new business area quickly gained prominence and, two years later, became the company's main activity, giving rise to the need to create its own identity.

Thus is born SIRO which offers integrated solutions, adapted to market needs.
